Day 17A Chapter by Evie Asha KiranaThe 17th day of my 21 day challenge!
Day 17:
Meditation: Busy busy times I had to meditate on the train at 8 o'clock this morning! But I do think the earlier you meditate and engage the mind in that way, the more energising it is. Exercise: Today I did my abdominal crunches, press-ups and squats reps. I did 6 reps and a cheeky plank for 60 secs! Today it really seemed to do the trick! Feel the burn haha! Writing: I wrote the first paragraph of my book today and decided on my concept, which I will develop into a plot line. Then I will decide on characters and character development before I actually start writing the rest of my story. Work on my business: I uploaded my designs to tumblr, and I looked at fabric transfer paper, which would be useful when drawing the designs onto my t-shirts with fabric paints. I also decided on my ethos for my business, and wrote this down. This will be useful to know if anyone questions me about it, and because I am going to be advertising my business for one of my projects at uni. Doing things for other people: My Mum had a dinner party tonight and I tidied up and washed up some bits after everyone had eaten. It wasn't much but it was a random act of appreciation I suppose. Today has been a very very long day waking up at 6:30, and having to do 7 hours of uni as well as doing all of my challenge activities! But I did it still! Wahooooooo! ON TOP OF THE WORLD!!
