Day 11!A Chapter by Evie Asha KiranaThe 11th day of my 21 day challenge!! More than halfway!Day 11 (18th January): Exercise: Today I just did my abdominal crunches, press-ups and squats again, but this time I did a whole set more! And added a 2 minute plank on the end… Feel the burn! Writing: Today I wrote a short poem, it doesn't rhyme but it is very metaphorical in that it takes a lot of reading into and has a deeper meaning than just on the surface. This was about an experience I had, that I needed to get off my chest. I find writing to be very effective at enabling me to vent my feelings. Do things for other people: Today I wrote a letter for my best friend to go with the gift, when I see her on wednesday I will give it to her. I just really feel that she needs to know now more than ever how much she means to me and to boost her morale and self-esteem because she really is the best!! Work on my business: I did some research and blogging for my business today, finding images that inspired me and that made me think of ideas for t-shirt designs. I can't wait to get started on making my stock, I already have a couple of t-shirt orders and an order for a tote bag so it's all pretty positive! Meditation: I did something I don't usually do in that I meditated quite late today, this seemed very effective in winding down for bed and reflecting on the day. I used my basic 'om' mantra, silently in my head but focusing on the vibrations of the universal sound. Yes! I am now more than halfway through my 21 day challenge and I really feel amazing! Not to mention happy because I feel like I really am taking a hold of certain things and progressing without realising it! I am going to relax now with my book and have an early night so I can do some early morning meditation tomorrow! Peace out! © 2014 Evie Asha Kirana |
