Day 10A Chapter by Evie Asha KiranaThe tenth day of my 21 day challenge!
DAY 10 (17th January):
WOW I am almost halfway through! And i've never felt better or more positive about everyday life! It has been gradual but when I look back to the start things have really improved!! By simply breaking things down into small, manageable tasks everyday, and setting small daily targets, a hell of a lot has happened!
Exercise: Today I went swimming and swam 50 lengths! Which is about 2500 metres so I was quite knackered after but felt AMAZING! Doing things for other people: Today I did a thing on the internet with WWF that asked questions and calculated my carbon footprint. Then I had a look at some tips that I could do to make it better so this is what I will be doing! As if I wasn't environmentally conscious already, now I am going to be the biggest pain in the arse ever with my family! This wasn't just for one person this was for the WORLD!! I am going to try and improve on this every single day! Working on my business and drawing: I did some awesome sponge paintings using the stencils I designed yesterday. This would be a very good method of painting on tshirts and I think I will use similar designs but adapt and improve them. I have quite neglected the whole writing side of things so tomorrow this is what I will be doing. But anything creative is good really! It is really therapeutic to do creative activities! Meditation: Today I had to meditate on the bus on the way to my friend's house for dinner! This wasn't ideal but desperate times I suppose. It certainly was a new experience, when I opened my eyes, time seemed to have gone really quickly! All in all it was a very active day, even after swimming I seemed to be bouncing around with loads of energy! I love feeling like this because it is when I feel most like myself! I cannot believe that I am pretty much halfway through this challenge, it has really gone very quickly! And I am learning a lot about self-discipline, and also how much doing things for a short period of time everyday can really benefit you! You just don't really notice it because they are such baby steps. © 2014 Evie Asha Kirana |
