Third and fourth day of my 21 day challenge

These two days were a bit of a write-off as I felt quite poorly!
DAY 3 (10th Jan):
I managed to do some meditation for 15 minutes and had a lovely long swim in the afternoon.  I usually like to go in the mornings when it is quiet but didn't manage to go until later.  I did about 25 lengths, a bit disappointing when usually I do 30-40 but hey ho!
DAY 4 (11th Jan):
Feeling terrible today!
I meditated for about 10 minutes, and did some drawings of my new deathly hallows tattoo for about half an hour.  I also made a gift for my best friend, who has come out of hospital after a serious incident.  This was a photo of us in a frame which I decorated with red and pink hearts and glitter glue.  So that is 3 of the 5 things done, not too bad seeing as most of the day I just felt like resting and feeling sorry for myself!
I am very optimistic about tomorrow though as I feel a bit less under the weather now and I can make up for the last two days!!!  We're all only human afterall, I can't beat myself up too much about it!!
