Day 2A Chapter by Evie Asha KiranaSecond day of my 21 day challenge
DAY 2 (Friday 9th January):
Meditation: Meditating for 20 minutes is quite difficult as I tend to get bored and my mind wanders, but I think if I keep at it everyday I will be able to focus better and have better control over my mind. I think I will change it to 10 or 15 minutes a day for the beginning of these 21 days and gradually increase the time. I think this will be the best way to improve. Exercise: Today I did half an hour of yoga, focusing mainly on strengthening my core, and my hamstrings. I also did a bit of practice going into happy pose, and took out a load of stuff stacked on my floor and everything fell over on top of me! Drawing: I did a design for my next tattoo, I think I will need to do another design or two to get it perfect. Work on my business: I drew some brand artwork, and put it onto my fan page as a profile picture. I think that it puts across the feel of my label perfectly. The fan page is completely bare, but everything takes time!! Do things for/spend time with other people: It was my friend Cullen's birthday today so I spent some time with him and gave him some morgan's spiced rum for his birthday. He then proceeded to drink an awful lot so I had to drag him up the hill and save him from traffic all the way to the pub! I think this is my good deeds for the day done! It was a nightmare! Happy Birthday Mate!
