Invastion

Just some writing practice. Something quick

The world would hold onto the colors of an emo rainbow. Gray, Brown, Dark gray, and Dark brown. Almost as if it could not muster the strength to show the spectrum. Gun fire could be heard for miles, even though the front lines were far behind me.
I dressed like they do, acted like they do. I said I was a new recruit from the main land. They checked the files.
Nothing.
They must have been lost on the trip over, was my quick response.
They believed me.
That was months ago.
Now I roam the battle field, searching for the other corp of their military.
I infiltrated one, and murdered them all within the month.
I will take their country as my vacation home.
I will make them wish they were never involved in this war.
