You're Important, You Matter

Just an encouraging piece I wrote :)

Open your eyes, take a fresh breath of air
Look at how the grass embraces your presence as you lay there
The flowers dance to the sound of the wind
And look at how the sand grasps your feet, telling you that it cares
I know it was tough, everything you had to go through last year
But you made it through , you persevered
Never forget that the universe acknowledges that you're here
The sky opens its arms of possibilities to you
So while your heart leaks out thru your tears, let those arms comfort and help you remember what's real
And let them hold your head up, because reality is shaped by what we see, and not what we feel

Very interesting poem and or song! The imagery and emotion outweighed the flow, but it was peaceful and empowering.

Just one suggestion - the sky opens It's arms of the possibilies to you - switch to and of? possibilities to possibility?
