Our Love

A poem for passion..

Our love, a book we crafted together

Its pages bound by passion and desire

Stitched delicately with an intricate thread

We spun from the amorous fibres of  fervent lust

Each chapter, filled with heart's ink

As it spills upon page, whispers of longing

Concealed secretly within every line



Our love, an elegant rose we raised together

It petals blush scarlet, just as my cheeks did

As you stole kisses that linger upon the lips

As soft as the gentle petals over my skin

Delicious and silky, such a taste remains unforgotten

A myriad of scents that overwhelm

Luscious fragrances, pure and sweet as the rose


Our love, a graceful stream that runs like silk

Through banks we have built, strong with devotion

Tenderness dissolves within the delicate waters

As it washes over our skin, a velvet tide that pulls us

Dancing over the shores of uncertainty

The emotions current flows freely, exploring the unknown

As we sink within the whirlpool of affection


Our love, is poetry written from the finest quill

Words carefully sculpted from the hearts pen

Ink runs thick with pure emotion and thought 

As we express feelings, encased within shapes

That stain pages, residing to their eternal place

They will never fade as the pages age

As passionate verses remain, immortal within words
