AutumnA Poem by Ethereal flower
I never really noticed Autumn for all she was,
The orange tinted leaves on my walks, The satisfying crunch of them under my feet, The crisp cool air, The feeling of my warm scarf around my neck The smell of cinnamon and coffee, Pumpkin and chocolate My breath steaming up windows The uplifting feeling everytime I step outside Cups of peppermint tea and cosy nights in No, I always claimed I hated Autumn, Hated the transitioning cold from summer. Now I realise that Autumn and I have some catching up to do.
