Liar

Liar

A Poem by Calli
"

I'm very frustrated lately because of lying... This isn't my best poem, but it was one made out of anger.

"
A human makes a single lie
Uttered thoughts
Empty words.

Blossoming like a dark red rose
Growing thorns
Stealing blood.

Can you look me straight in the eye
Promised worlds
Betrayed life.

Why can't you just leave me alone
I'm too quiet
You've no mind?

I won't be comforted tonight
So used am I
Dealt no hand.

Yes, your anger gets split unto the vanity of this world ... Thoughtful concept ;)
