Flowers

Flowers

A Poem by Ethel
"

It describes the love of God. If God could so love the fragile and short-lived flowers, how much more His heirs?

"
Hue of violet, red and yellow
In tint and shades adorn the ground
Bearing witness with the rainbow
That the flood won't make the round
On such fragile, fleeting nature
Has the maker in his apt flair
Doll it up in golden gesture
How much more his striking heir?

It speaks volume in so little words.

Really well done. Golden gesture is especially nice.

I think it's very nice. We need more of such soothing word pictures during this troubled time in the world.
