Portrait of Pain.

Portrait of Pain.

A Poem by Deepa

Sometimes I want to paint my pain.
Although I'm not an artist but, I'm sure
It would be a beautiful one.
Can Imagine it in my world behind the clouds of
Closed eyes.
So soothing
Like the winter morning.
miseries are like cool breeze,
Passing by touching the face
Can feel it
So cool but, gentle.
That first drop of tear,
Coming out from the eyes
making its own way.
Balancing the emotions inside.
Romanticising the pain
Like snow falling
So cold and mesmerizing.
Sobs are like dry leaves,
Falling down gently
On the snowy ground.
the portrait of my pain,
so colourful , Without colours
Gently opening the eyes
found myself smiling
Like plum blossom 🌸
All I can feel inside is the
Beautification of grief.
It's not scary anymore.
Feel Comfortable to breath with.
