Dear Child

Dear Child

A Poem by Jess
"

Words that form on the cusp of sleep.

"

Deep in the abyss
A lonely child sits
Weeping, weeping.
Oh, poor child,
Your tears will forever spill,
For what you lost
Can never be found.
Dear child,
In us all,
You crying for eternity.
