Infinite Jest

Infinite Jest

A Poem by Tessa Le Rouge
"

quote from the book started it all.

"

The early morning is the Soul's night.

It is when the day is most afraid;

when you dread what was dreamt,

when what is done is already said.

Blood is the color of a Dreamer's moon.

Night-time Terrors, best kept restrained,

come out during this hour, all too soon.

The Fright you face will never be tamed.

Beautiful Dreamer, peaceful and safe.

take thoughts away on your get-away,

No place is secret, the Soul is not brave

when facing night's regrets during the day.
