Wonderland

Lost in paradise. But not in the good way.

You are
like a Wonderland.
an escape, is all.
no emotions attached.
just a lesson learned.
a storybook filled
with utter most nonsense
that paints a lovely image.

you are
a vacation from reality.
a well written classic.
If only I could be
your Alice.
the shining star of your fairytale;
but i am just a girl,
another girl
lost in your dreaded maze.

i like the way this poem flows. you conjure up some great images from these lines. but the last lines are the best, "your Alice.
the shining star of your fairytale;

This is good a delve into the psyche of your mind .The way you see things .I like to say there are three ways we appear.The way we see ourselves the way others see us and the way we truly are.
