Figuratively SpeakingA Poem by AndreaFiguratively feeling
Alone again.
Heart racing, anxiously in my skin. I can't help but shake- Try to brush off the moments that imprison me. The imagination of emotions begun to feel more than real. I know there is something breaking inside of my chest. If not my heart than what? Figurative love collapsing, smashed to bits. Our devotion destroys us like a wrecking ball. We may not be so beautiful anymore. Our ever-after- demolished. Our future- shattered on the ground. But the idea of us will live on, as does this burden of missing you. © 2012 AndreaAuthor's Note
