The Politician

i cant describe this, just read it

I'm seduced by corruption, and am laden with greed 
I'm never sated, and always take more than I need 
I look after my own kind, and give no second thought 
to the poor or the needy, about them I care not 
to me they're a pawn in a game that I play 
I'll smile and I'll wave to all on election day 
banking on my image and what the media can sell 
I'll look good despite the half truths that I tell 
is anyone really listening to the words that I say? 
Its not as though anyone votes anyway
