Us Living ThingsA Poem by BlankA poem about being stuck in between images and constructions that try to hold us back Here we are
again And we’re left
awake in between recurring dreams- of what we’d like to be of what we
wouldn’t- Dreams produced in
a slumbering factory where everyone clocks in the time that they’d
rather just pass As a non-living
thing A slumbering factory dreamt up by those seeking comforting sleep
from dreaming again And everyday the factory dreams: here all life lies sleeping But here we are again © 2017 Blank |
