I did like the above lines. The poetry. Honest, direct and hard. My kind of poetry. Thank you Ernest for sharing the amazing poetry.

Dear Ern M. Yoshimoto, the shadow of a doubt you give, to have not him/her to yourself, denying your love, is mesmerizing, a unfathomable dismay, it hurts, great write! ---Maynard

This poem feels very intimate and personal. The speaker seems to be reflecting on a lost relationship, and the imagery is strong. The line "I've seen you unclothed / Ive seen you unloved" stands out to me - it's a vulnerable glimpse into what the speaker saw in the past. well done.
Isn't it funny how low effort work turns out to be some of our best? You should smoke some grass and listen to a song called The Grudge by a band named Tool. Tool is good music for people who suffer from certain types of psychological issues. It's good music regardless. But at high volume, I suggest you listen to the album Lateralus while you drive around or perform menial tasks like cleanning or exercise. I've done a lot of drugs but when I listen to Tool just right it releases dopamine in my brain in a way I can't replicate with drugs or other nefarious behaviors. Music can be a fantastic anti depressant but... we are different types of similar things, my advice may be poisonous to you.
My poetry is simply but yours has many ways in life in a love of one night or many combined, it could of those we lose but nevertheless it touches heart which we cherish deep inside.
Thank you for sharing
i don't think this is cheeky nor light .. it speaks deeply about a love in which someone has broken things off before getting to know the other more deeply .. maybe they fled in fear of that closeness .. or of the committment it takes to hang with someone and revealing weaknesses, doubts and fears .. i really enjoy your style of writing .. straight forward but closing creatively .. at least the few poems i have read so far .. very enjoyable Sir

How can a person walk away from love??
For some people love is not enough…
I believe it should be…
It is what it is.
This is painful
You transferred the ache to me.
This is a nerve racker.
Thank you for sharing Ern

Life is sweet and sour.
We store the sweet and learn from the sour.
So heartbreaking! I was moved by your words. I have similar memories of someone I thought would be in my life for a very long time...it was beautiful albeit brief...
