This Is Just The Start

this whole experience is new to me...........i havnt had a boyfriend before, and now i think i am glad i didnt.....becasuere there is no one better that i would want to share these feelings with

This smile can’t weaken

Nor my contented heart

This happy nervousness;

This is just the start

 

 

And all else fades

With your hand in mine

All pain is gone

Everything feels fine

 

 

Colours seem brighter

With you by my side

My smile is genuine

There’s no need to hide

 

 

My heart feels lighter

I feel so carefree

A spreading of warmth

From deep inside me

 

 

Feelings newly awakened

A new strength within me

And this is just the start

Of what we will be.

I noticed no errors....course I don't usually look for 'em, either! This is a very happy poem....it even radiates happiness into my weary heart just by reading it!!! aww love has many affects on the human mind and it shows how deeply it affects you.your heart you palce in your writing is there and you can tell by the depth you place into the meaning of each sentence.Great form of rhyming and I :) for the writer!
