The orange 🍊A Poem by eJust two people sharing a nice little orange for lunch..
I brought in an orange for lunch
I’m glad I can provide for you I know it’s the only thing you’ll eat this morning the ring of the bell is my cue, I take out the plump porous fruit and juice squirts all over my knuckle. The smells of the citrus rinds fills the room but bitterness made us both chuckle They say oranges are good for sight And I may have to agree Because when we shared that sweet zesty nectar, All I could see was your beauty. Something so small as an orange. Can hold so much simplicity. I hope you never stop liking oranges. So our love can last for infinity. © 2023 eAuthor's Note
