The Robot Love (Hate) Song

The Robot Love (Hate) Song

A Poem by Erica
"

It's a song, but that wasn't a choice when I had to pick the type.

"

He's craving your touch,

but you ain't got the time.

You pout your lips, and bat those lashes,

as You say "Sorry hunny, I'm busy tonight."

The love machine's gotten rusty.

His bolts have gotten dusty.

She can't understand his humor.

His steel heart is breaking, because he's heard the rumor.

Bleep Bleep Love.

Bleep Bleep Hate.

Bleep Bleep Love.

Bleep Bleep Hate.

"People keep saying things, sugar.

Things about the decline of your morale.

People keep talkin' 'bout us, Baby.

They say it's past time for me to throw in the towel."

Bleep Bleep Love.

Bleep Bleep Hate.

Bleep Bleep Love.

Bleep Bleep Hate.

The love machine's gotten rusty.

His bolts have gotten dusty.

She can't understand his humor.

His steel heart is breaking, because he's heard the rumor.

Bleep Bleep Love.

Bleep Bleep Hate.

Bleep Bleep Love.

Bleep Bleep Hate.

So what's a man to do?

When he's missed his only que.

The love of his life has been screwin around,

and he's been beggin' and pleadin'

"Don't unplug me, or simply shut me down."

"Don't unplug me, or simply shut me down."

"Don't unplug me, or simply shut me down."

Bleep Bleep Love.

Bleep Bleep Hate.

Bleep Bleep Love.

Bleep Bleep Hate.

Your stuck in his hard drive,

and his steel heart will forever pound

a sick beat, as he wishes that your love

could have kept him alive.

Bleep Bleep Bleep. Hate.
