Silent thoughts

Sitting in the dark listening to the voice of the silent night
The calmness of the words enter my soul
Feelings of peace and tranquility took hold of my existence
    ~oOo~
Reaching out to touch the nothingness
Bringing it closer to make it my own
Yesterday's thoughts become today`s memories
     ~oOo~
It is so quiet that I can hear the silence speak to me
Words of wisdom touch my heart
Reach deeper inside to unlock the feeling of stillness
     ~oOo~
Sitting in the dark listening to the voice of the quiet night
Be still my soul and rest peaceful, there is nothing to fear
Open your mind and just be completely content with yourself
