Auston Matthews had another good night on the ice as he recorded a hat-trick in a 6-5 Toronto Maple Leaf's win over the Ottawa Senators last night.
Matthews scored at 8:52 and 9:31 of the first period to put the Leafs up 2-0. Ottawa had a bit of a spark in the second period. Drake Batherson scored at 12:02. Alex Formenton tied the game with a short-handed goal at 13:49. Tim Stuetzle put the Sens. ahead 3-2 at 16:25. Mitch Marner tied the game at 16:52. Matthews completed the hat-trick at 19:16.
