NHL All-Star Game. A Waste Of Time

A column about the NHL All-Star Game.

Man!  I really hate this time of year.

This weekend is All-Star Weekend for the National Hockey League in Tampa Bay, Florida.

To me, it is a big waste of time.

The game is not worth watching at all.

Over the years the league has tried different formats, but none of the formats have made the weekend better.

Face it, it is just a bunch of players goofing around on the ice.

I'm not mad that there's no body checking.

My problem with the All-Star game is that the end result seem to be pre-determine.

Also, the games always ends with a high score such as 10-9.

Sure, the league tries to make the the All-Star festivities seem exciting before the weekend begins, but in the end, it is boring as heck.

I just want this weekend to over with because I want to watch real hockey.
