Unfortunately, the Leafs ended up losing 3-2 in overtime. There was no scoring until 11:09 of the second period when James Van Remsdyk scored. Almost five minutes later, William Nylander made it 2-0. It seemed as if Toronto was going to get their third straight win, but no. 15:25 into the third period, Nick Foiigno closed the gap at 2-1. Just a little over two minutes to go in regulation, Pierre-Luc Dubois tied it up at 2-2. As a result, the game went into overtime. 3:11 into overtime, Artemi Panarin broke the heats of Leafs fans by scoring the winning goal. Columbus's Seth Jones had two assists last night. Blue Jackets goalie, Sergei Bobrovky stopped 35 shots. Toronto's goalie, Frederik Andersen stopped 30 shots last night. Toronto host the Ottawa Senators tomorrow night.
