New York Ranger's J'T. Miller scored the winning goal in overtime to give his team a 3-2 win over the Buffalo Sabres. The Rangers jumped head 2-0 in the first period with goals by Paul Carey and Michael Grabner. Just 56 seconds into the second period, Sam Rienhart scored for Buffalo. Just 27 seconds into the third period, Rasmus Ristolainen tied the game 2-2. 2:43 into O.T. Miller scored on the power play. Buffalo's Kyle Okposo had two assists yesterday. Ranger's goalie, Hendrik Lundqvist stopped 31 shots. Buffalo's goalie, Robin Lehner stopped 39 saves yesterday.
