Preview: Leafs Verses Golden KnightsA Story by HockeygirlA preview of today's Toronto/Vegas game. This is a bit of an opinion pieceToday 3:30 p.m. EST. The Vegas Golden Knights are the big surprised of the 2017-18 season, despite being a expansion team. The Knights are even first in their division with a 25-9-2 record. Vegas is also dangerous on home ice, posting a 15-2-1 record. Vegas has also been terrific in their last 10 games, posting a 9-0-1 record. The Toronto Maple Leafs, however, has struggled a bit lately. Toronto's has posted a 5-4-1 record in their last 10 games. I won't be surprise at all if Vegas wins this afternoon. Best Players: TOR: Mitch Marner - 29 points. Vegas - Jonathan Marchessault - 34 points. Injuries: Toronto Curtis McElhinney - Lower Body - day-to-day, Nazem Kadri - Upper Body - day-to-day, Nikita Zaitsev - Lower Body - Injured Reserved, (IR.), Nikita Soshnikov - Lower Body - IR. Vegas Luca Sbisa - Lower Body - IR., William Carrier - Upper Body - IR., Oscar Dansk - Lower Body - IR., David Clarkson - Back - IR., Mikhail Grabovski - Concussion - IR., Clayton Stoner - Abdomen - IR.
