UnderdogA Poem by EpiphanyPrince (Adam)Musicians need writers and writers need musicians.Bought a plant Just to watch it die Could have watered it But my eyes were dry.. I’ve got all my battle scars From a cracker jack jar By the end of the day I will have nine more. (Chorus) And if I could choose what to forget It wouldn't be the colour green Time gets to choose What gets unseen I want control of what fades away Addicted to more I miss t.he days of Pauly Shore Chasing tail and baking pies Days are planned Living automatic lives Who the hell am I When I’m all alone. It’s getting chilly How do you catch the the frost on cold Without touching the north pole Like a child I'm still amazed And David Spade Keeps getting laid. (Chorus) And if I could choose what to forget It wouldn't be the colour green Time gets to choose What gets unseen I want control of what fades away Addicted to more I miss t.he days of Pauly Shore A fun house Once scared me for days So I bought some Gasoline and set a blaze Turned on the stereo And started a rave Trebek's grave Was his final Jeopardy A wiser man Never beat him Double up in a league of his own. (Chorus) And if I could choose what to forget It wouldn't be the colour green Time gets to choose What gets unseen I want control of what fades away Addicted to more I miss t.he days of Pauly Shore (Bridge) A banquet burger Is just bacon and cheese Nothing is ever perfect Except for the moment of a laugh Loosing the point worshiping idols But there is nothing we know So why not follow A bird on a beach named Pauly Shore (Chorus) And if I could choose what to forget It wouldn't be the colour green Time gets to choose What gets unseen I want control of what fades away Addicted to more I miss t.he days of Pauly Shore Sundays taste better on Mondays And f**k you If you don’t like Pauly Shore.
