goodbye

*Hearing your voice in the wind, seeing your face in my cup of tea

it reminds me how long you've been gone and how quickly time goes by

 

One simple word can be as affective as a thousand pretty ones

That one thing I want to hear from you will never reach my ears

 

But I have to make it

But I have to go through

 

**I can't take it day by day

it has to be one minute at a time

"I'm over you" is too much of a lie

So harder I'll try, harder I'll try

 

Too many things and too few things have been said about that one simple word,

but to be honest I, I'd do anything to hear it

It'd be my push to move on
