Why does life have to be so unfair?
They took everything from me: My love, my friends, my life and comfort. But why? What have I done to deserve this wound in my heart? Have I sinned so terribly as to receive such a punishment? If so, I don't wish to unleash His Holy wrath, For if I do, my life might be over... And never shall I see the streaks of the golden sun Shine through my glass window again. © 2014 K. Barrios |
