Sometimes..

You need to believe in yourself.

Before others believe in you.

You talk about leadership.

But first you must understand.

When you believe in yourself the others will naturally follow you.

It will not be perfect,

People will still question you.

Question whether or not you are worthy of that role.

You are.

No matter what they may ask or demand of you.

You know what you’re doing.

Now you have to play the part.

Because when you’re leading.

They will overlook your moments of hesitation.

They will be quick to judge.

They always are.

Don’t let them get that chance.

You already have one believer.

Now believe in yourself.

Then you will have two who believe in you.
