The Flame

The Flame

A Poem by Enfuriation

So you say that you are fire?
That you scorch the Earth beneath?
Warn me don't come nearer
That I cant take the heat

I was Born within the fire
and have risen from the ashes
Have fallen to my knees
and felt a thousand lashes

You think it's fun and games?
Receiving satisfaction?
To push those who care away
As an eliminating action

When it comes to knowing sadists
There is no Pain I havent felt
And when it comes to feeling sadist
There is no Pain I havent dealt

You'll have to learn youre not alone
in living in the darkness
And that when it comes to flame and fire
theyre the royalty of archness

You can lie and hide your feelings
and tell me that youre fine
But I Promise I can see you
Dont threaten me with a good time

My magick courses deep
and my flames can soar higher
My positivity proves
My history as a liar

But when it comes to Rage?
and that feeling of release
Fires can't be caged
and their Flames will never cease.
