Chapter 14 Michael's pov

The day carried on normally and me and the boys decided to go out because Hope wasn't feeling well. I felt bad leaving her at home alone but she insisted.

"Well here we are." Leon looked at the stone building in front of us.

"Umm Leon what is this?" August asked and looked at him.

"It's a bar, also has some of Hope's favorite food so I thought I'd bring her some food back." Leon smiled

"Hah always have been a good brother." I smiled and patted the bigger one on the back.

"I try little buddy." He smirked.

"I'm not small you're just freakishly large!" I glared at him.

"Ah true cause August is the tiny one in this group!" He laughed and August pouted

"Shut up!" August also glared at him.

Soon the three of us walked inside and sat down. After a few drinks and a bowl full of ramen for Hope we headed home.

We walked in the front door, well at least I did. The other two stumbled into the house with their lips glued together. I simply shook my head and walked up the stairs. I walked into Hope's room and she was absent from it.

I heard some noises coming from the bathroom across the hall. I opened the door and there was Hope letting out all the food from days before.

"Oh god!" I ran into the bathroom and sat down behind her holding her hair out of her face. I felt so bad watching her leaning over the toilet. She sat up in a few minutes later.

"Hey let's get you back in bed." I picked her up and carried her back to bed. I laid her down and felt her forehead, "You're so hot....I'll be right back. I started making my way out of the room but I felt a hand grab my finger.

"Don't go..."Hope looked up with big eyes

"I'll be right back, I'm just going to get a wet cloth." Her fingers slowly let go of mine and I walked out the room.

I walked down the stairs to find the two drunks still sucking faces. I simply ignored them and walked into the kitchen. I grabbed a cloth and ran it under cool water and went back up the stairs to Hope's room.

"Here sweetie...." I slowly placed the cloth on her head.

"Lay with me." She looked at me with these big pleading eyes. So I laid beside her and she slowly put her head to my chest. "I love you..." She said barely above a whisper

"I love you too Hope." I pulled her closer to me and she soon fell asleep in my arms.

So there I was with the girl that I truly loved in my arms....the girl that I'd rule a nation with.
