Chapter 11 Agusts pov

So here we go, we are about to kill some guy who is supposedly Leon and Hope's brother. Is it just me or is this a little weird? But then again I guess there are some things I don't quite know about these guys.

I simply followed my two friends to wherever they were leading me. Time for me to shut up and simply follow.

Michael's pov

So here we are in the bar where Tyler and four of his men were sitting. All three of us had our cloaks on and hoods up. Our weapons were not in view, but we were now in the open.

"So...it's time already?" A voice came from across the bar, "And you have a new friend huh?" Footsteps started heading our direction, "Or maybe you're here for another round with me?" He smirked and reached his hand for Hope's face but she smacked the hand away before the hand could reach her face.

"Try touching me again" she said through clenched teeth

"Let the battle begin.." I said quietly to myself. And with that statement out there two swords were unsheathed. "Hmmm guess its my turn now." I also took out my sword pointing it to the men Tyler had brought with him. Then August followed my lead and pointed his sword at the other men.

Suddenly the first clashing of swords came from behind me and there was Hope and Tyler already starting it off.

"Y-you seem to have gotten stronger." Tyler said to his little sister.

"Oh, you've noticed?" At that statement Tyler lunged his sword and cut Hope's cheek. She reached her thumb up and slowly wiped away the blood.

Then the other four men came for me and August, "Here we go buddy." The both of us started lunging our swords. Clashes and clanks could be heard from both sides of the bar. Soon the four so called "swordsmen" that Tyler brought with him were on the ground. Now it was time to help Hope.

I turned around to see how she was doing and she was being pinned to the floor by her brother with a sword to her throat.

"Let...me....GO!!" Hope yelled. Then a bright light then surrounded her body. I felt I need to help her but then I noticed the bright light also surrounded my body and the body was thrown off of Hope's.

"Gah!" Tyler yelled as he was thrown into a wall.

"Ummm guys what's going on?" August asked the two of us.

No response. Just the bright orb of light encircling the two of us.

The two of us walked toward Tyler. We pulled out our swords and cut off his head. It made a thud as it landed on the ground, and as soon as his head was gone...so was the bright lights.

"What just happened..." She looked at me a bit fearful.

"Everyone was right...." That's all I could say

"Guys that was crazy awesome!" August yelled.

"You're an idiot, you know that right?" Hope asked him

"Yea I guess. But let's just head back home. I'm sure Leon is worried."

So the three of us headed back to the house to tell Leon of our rather interesting experience.
