A GlimpseA Poem by Ender Mckenzie(Pre-written) Future, future, let me see you again.
Everytime I'm with her, I can't help but see her as my wife, the mother of my children.
When we kiss, the vision just keeps getting clearer. When we hug, the dream becomes set in stone. When we stare at each other's eyes, I can't help but see the night sky we'd be staring at together, our hands locked, back rested on the warm grass, naming stars after ourselves. © 2016 Ender Mckenzie |
