Habits

Habits

A Poem by Ender Mckenzie
"

(Rewritten) Formed unconsciously, Killed by choice.

"
Before our story started,
I never was the kind to write poems.
I am nothing but a self-deprecating degenerate. Did nothing but live life to the worst, through digital fantasies and crude illustrations.

...

While our story was happening,
I learned to appreciate life, love everything around me. Unfinished sketches turned to beautiful masterpieces, empty words became colorful poems on a canvas.

...

Here I am, without you, stuck with the habits you made me form during our story. Forget them, I will not, but everything I'll do,
I'll do for you.

Author's Note

Ender Mckenzie
More of a self-expression one.
Thank you, to her, for making me love life.
