loneliness

just me

loneliness is not always something you can detect 

it is a shadow

something with you all the time

no one really understands

it just creeps up behind you and controls your mind

no matter who you are with

the causes are endless

you can't talk to your friends about your feelings

they dont let you

you can't tell them what you're thinking

because they are already talking about themselves

you have to limit your words

since they dont always want to hear everything that you want to say

you have to control yourself

because you know if you go too far about something

they will just make fun of you

you have to hold everything inside

and just take it out in writing

or music

because music is the only thing that understands you

and that 

is both loneliness

and an escape
