Clouding the Crystalline Lens

Clouding the Crystalline Lens

A Poem by En.Ki

Do you find my smiles in the night

hidden in the dark

I lost my words to spill the vile

I'm drowning in my own sin

Sink into my eyes

I've become blinded by the sight of you

Waiting

impatiently

suffocating... in my apathy

Turn off the light

sever all the things that might

endure all that I have to say

If I left, then it's meant that way

Stop trying to read between the lines

I've become blinded by the thought of you...

Cloud the Crystalline lens

Erase my point of view

Seperate the consequences

From the thoughts I have of you

It's a burning deep inside

The fire that keeps me alive...

Sink into my eyes

I've become blinded by the sight of you

Waiting

impatiently

suffocating... in my apathy
