Come Scream Your Violence

Come Scream Your Violence

A Poem by En.Ki

Come scream your violence

Let the silence you’ve bound come unleashed

Come full in effect

With your loaded deck

And slit the throats of your enemies,

Remember your friends…

She plays in imagination

Never knowing what we’re facing

She saves face by instilling grace

But then I’d never let her know…

How…

Or why…

I force feed my own addictions

In a coalition to save my self

I drink from poison vases

To settle all of their faces

Or maybe just for a moment

To relax…

she plays and creates my inspiration

motivation to move

to pursue

the new…

… and she doesn’t know how much I love her…

But I do…

Her name whispers of darkened shades

Of tender laughs and razorblades

But that’s me, and my interpretation

Of this situation, of my situation…

She plays in imagination

Never knowing what we’re facing

She saves face by instilling grace

But then I’d never let her know…

How…

Or why…

I cry.

I hide it

but I’d never lie.

this is a very deep piece. 'she' could be interpreted many ways. i see her as adiction, fear, lust or darkness. i love pary "her name whispers of darkened shades, of tender laughs and razor blades".
