In memory of my dear friend Roberta who passed away suddenly two years ago.

All I have are the many photos,
Of the great times now gone by.
Your memory is etched across my mind,
Why you were taken I'll never know why.

Two years have now passed slowly,
Since that day we heard the news.
I never could prepare myself,
For the fate God had to choose.

You were such a unique person,
I had the privilege to call my friend.
This huge gap in our lives we've felt,
No one can ever mend.

Bertie, I love dearly,
And miss u so much more.
I'm thankful for the times we had,
The memories I now live for.
