Transcending

My heart's afire
aflame with love
your kisses rend
my senses of

all clarity
all reason why
within your arms
I can but sigh

Your whispers singe
with words that burn
my tender heart
for you I yearn

Please go away!
please never leave!
your lips touch mine
my breasts do heave

Why must I ache
for you so deep
you now transcend
my very sleep

I acquiesce
surrender me
to passion's quest
transcendentally.
