Waste not want not, Willie

Waste not want not, Willie

A Poem by EmpressPoetess

Willie was always a little shaky
not to mention a tad bit flaky
but that's the man I said vows to
my love bone, my c**k a doodle doo

But Willie thinks I'm silly
and Willie thinks he's smart
Something tells me ole Willie
is about to depart

Says he's going out for a pack
of his favorite cigarettes
but the way back our house,
 Somehow Ole Willie forgets

I've wasted days and wasted nights
waiting for Willie to get it right
but I'm not wasting anymore
this time I'll help Willie out the door

He can go on and get out
I'll dance a jig, I'll twist and shout
he can keep thinking I'm an old airhead
as long as he don't see young Jody's
big shoes underneath our bed!

Oh my! Didn't see that coming! Fun, flowing tale of love, loss, and love again it seems! This was a dancing melody for the eyes...

She who laughs last, laughs hardest. Quite a tale!
