Reqiuem in black and whiteA Poem by EmpressPoetessScarlett's tears shine bright on the screen. His gin and coke glass sits untouched, unwanted same as me
My sighs, go unnoticed, or so it seems Frankly, Rhett doesn't give a damn It's my life that's falling apart at the seams.
The fight to keep it real was the fight that ended it all. His bags are packed and sitting at the door while we sit wondering if there's anything left unsaid.
Oh yes, I'll use this damsel's distressing end to masquarade my own tears. She'll have another day. Yes, tomorrow But my scene ends when the tv goes off.......
