Springtime jubileeA Poem by EmpressPoetess
I'm in some euphoric place or is this a dreamy state? the sun is shining on my face life has so filled my plate!
a butterfly just kissed my cheek I smell lilies and roses violets and sugar sweet honeysuckle the blossoms are at their peak!
Lying here on a cool carpet of the lush green grass of spring tapping my feet to to a raven's song makes me want to dance and sing
Are those peaches hanging there and wild berries growing everywhere? the world is bursting with color and sights and sounds of splendor
I feel happy, I feel gay to be enjoying such a day let's go fishing, let's go play! spring is here, hurray, hurray!
