Within faith blooms hope

Within faith blooms hope

A Poem by EmpressPoetess

I’ve climbed the mount of distress

Where hung the rope of tears

I’ve known the pangs of loneliness

Deep within the long, cold years

Love goes playing hide and seek

And you lose your will for counting

While seeking light beyond the bleak

Hide the fears that are mounting

Reach beyond this life called norm

It starts a reasoning trigger

Nursed by faith comes a swelling storm

Then, the thing called hope gets bigger
