Central ConfusionA Poem by Empirik
Living in a world of magic and lecture
Roaming around illusive architecture Forced to bunk with thieves and swine The same few who ate my food and drank my wine In a realm of people who only have one power Feeling like summer camp in a lone tower All grouped together by gang or flower Living there to pass each and every hour Some could fly Some had a voice Some were made to fight Some would stop time or dance Few had the knowledge to build labyrinths As I cast my eyes upon people I get the truth Alone not knowing where I was or if there was anyone else like me Coming to a place where she needed my help Blue in all the dynamic pleasure Midnight tight jumpsuit and cape allure Vibrant azul lips incredibly pure She was stuck for sure Caught beneath a fallen rock In a fleeting glance as my eyes lock I feel this supreme significant knock Showing me the truth as no one could flock I help her out and we fly above Landing at the foot of her brigade Man standing forth to take my place As I step aside the General appoints me as her partner Shocked, overwhelmed, stunned and excited I grabbed onto the dark threads and held her tight We jumped off the ice so high loosing my stomach In combat for something I didn't understand Battling to keep her safe and not die As I never knew by saving her that she could fly Thus she saw I would not be told a lie So we flew and became so incredibly high I am faced with a kid who can stop time Glowing in my direction I see his truth He's trapped by the ogle I was given Putting an end to the trouble I was liven Entering a lottery of chance All in order to save the last dance With the end approaching I was the last stance As the final test came I failed to pass the lance Now, being challenged I fought hard Neck-n-Neck Back-to-Back A sudden articulate lack Exploding like a truck named "Mack" Killing all but the few I told of my hack Re-uniting with everybody except Jack I still feel alone with nobody to share my eyes Until altogether searching upon her surprise Surrounded by destructive illusions falling all around I turned my frown upside down and swept her blue off the ground © 2012 EmpirikAuthor's Note
