Transformation

Close your eyes
Breath me in
Deep inhalation
Soft exhalation
See my pulse as one of your own
Place one hand in the other as my own
Allow your shoulders to fall in my arms
Strong - let your knees go long
Suspended in me
Come fly with me
Meditate by me
Take away viscus and tall emotions my all
You are a dessert flower searching for water
Here, drink from my veins
Rejuvenate Naturally
In lovely transformation across the seas
Feel your hips at ease
Release all disease
Let go mind and body and give it to me, please
Special relaxing tea as feet turn free
Open your eyes and look at me
Feel my gaze lift you up into the atmospheric haze
As the stars maze swirling around you with a tracing gaze
Directing through loves yogic ways
Prose to pose
The deeper it grows
Blood circulating flow all the days
More aware and conscious of being raised in spirit rays
Alive, relaxed, grounded, lifted, centered and loved
So that on any given occasion you may travel the world
No matter where you are I rest in thy thus far
To calm your nerve
Warm your facial curve
And follow you in letting go
Touching my heart involuntarily yours beating the sound of red
