It's never easy

I'm finally accepting what was real was real and that it's not okay for someone to force sex on to someone.

Depresting, and not coping with what was real
You're reality comes back to hunt you in your dreams
When you find your wounds opened and not healed
This reality becomes real and it is what it seems

Its never easy, saying "No" wasn't enough to stop
It's my fault to not fight and theirs to continue
I let myself to forget and let everything drop
I never learned to accept it but I let it recontinue

Getting high was just enough to cover the wound
But never enough to heal what was never easy
I kept it a secret for so long I couldn't make a sound
Just today it came back to hunt me and it wasn't easy

Speaking of this dark secret made it more of a reality
But it's finally time to heal and accept this reality
