everytime i'm with you i get a feeling that i cant explain

Well the emotion is certainly there. Perhaps a little too much. The repetitive "I love you's" take away a little from this one instead of helping it. I enjoyed it but I think you should rewrite some parts and find other ways to say "I love you". And also check this for grammar issues.
